Gorgeous! I'm so excited to try it all! I'm a little bummed because I pulled two poblano peppers way early, thinking in my haste that they were jalapeños. Ah well. Live and learn.
I have a bunch more growing! It's super fun to check on them - especially if it's been a couple of days!
I'll report back on how I prepare them and how they taste. Can't wait!
