A Week Off

Sort of.

Thanksgiving is next week.

I'm not sure how that happened!

I swear I'm still waiting for summer to start?!

We did have a decent Fall.

We had some beautiful days in October.

And then suddenly, it feels like winter and Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK.

WHAT THE FUCK.

The girls have school Monday and Tuesday and are off on Wednesday. I am planning to work from home for at least part of the time.

I am not going into the office.

I will be able to do work from the comfort of my jammies and no make-up.

I will be looking sharp at UPK drop off.

Even though I'm supposed to "respect the turkey", I think I'm going to put up my Christmas decorations Monday....and not wait until next Friday.

Thanksgiving is so late this year. I feel like I want to enjoy my decorations for as long as possible!

I got a 4th tree for fuck's sake!

Get that 7foot fucker up and decorated!

I want to do some old school shopping at the Mall and told Ava we'd make a date out of it.

Plus, it'd be nice to plan for Ava's 5th birthday party (I don't want to talk about it. #imnotcryingyourecrying) which is scheduled for the week after Thanksgiving.

My work holiday party is the week after that.

Jesus fuck Christmas will be here before I know it!
