It took me several minutes before hitting the button.
If I publish it, it makes it real.
I started doing some beginner weight training on June 17.
You know, a little over a week before we went on vacation.
Haha!
Like it'd make a difference.
But here's the thing.
My motivation hasn't stopped.
I want to be fit and in better shape for our next vacation.
So I've been at it.
I try for 5 times a week or more.
I looked into Intermittent Fasting.
I'm not a dieter.
I love food too much.
But, I will be more mindful of what I eat and how much I eat.
So I'm giving this whole IF thing a try.
I'm also trying to replace one meal a day with a smoothie.
This is all I happened to have on had at the moment. I'd like to add more variety of course.
I need to look into what supplements are good to add. I want to add some protein and veggies.
