Saturday was a pretty big day.
All the exhibitors were on the show floor setting up their booths.
I was with my client, Karma, who signed up a little last minute and only did a 10 x 20 booth.
Some of these were huuuuuge.

Benefits of working for a Wellness company. Attire? Athleisure! |

It was so hot...just walking in. It was close to 100 degrees. |

What a gorgeous booth, right? |
After set up, my client Shanna and I went to our dinner reservations at Michael Mina.
It. Was. Glorious.
 |
It smelled like heavenly Fall. The Bellagio never disappoints. |
 |
The most delicious shot of cauliflower soup I've ever had. I wanted to lick the glass (I didn't). |
We didn't know what to order from this restaurant. I, for one, had only ever been to a restaurant like this one other time in my life - my 40th birthday in NYC.
We saw these amazing dishes being served to the people at the next table. We were probably watching in awe with our mouths hanging wide open, it was magical.
So we had to order the same thing.
The Lobster Pot Pie.
Stop it.
 |
I missed the beginning when he cut the puff pastry top off this pot and used it as the 'plate' for the rest of the beautiful food. |
 |
Mouth watering as we watched this unfold. |
 |
It was almost too gorgeous to eat. Almost. |
 |
You guys. This was just pure magic. |
And want to know what was just the icing on the damn cake?
Apparently, my lobster pot pie didn't come with a claw. (I didn't notice).
So part-way through our meal, our server comes back with another half a lobster! And an apology.
Whatttt.
We couldn't even finish what we had!
I boxed that shit up and my dad had some amazing leftovers.
Dinner ended late, around 10? I think?
I dropped my client off at her hotel and headed back to Dad's.
I'm super pumped about Sunday night, because that's when we have our massages at Encore. OMG. My first ever massage and it's gonna be at a 5 star, renowned spa.
