My company said on Saturday that we're being requested to work from home if possible on Monday and Tuesday.
We found out at 8:30 that night that schools are closed for the next 4 weeks.
Today was my first day working from home.
It's been interesting.
I worked in the morning and I let the kids be lazy.
I started today's blog.
I then headed into the office to grab a few files and make sure I had what I needed to be home for the week.
That's right.
We've now been instructed to work from home for the rest of this week (I'm glad my company is taking a proactive approach).
I told the girls when we got back, it was time to do some school work. This is not going to be a month-long vacation! At least not when I'm trying to work from home.
I made some worksheets yesterday. When I went into the office, I printed out maybe 30 worksheets for each kid.
Practicing our letters
Mila working on some math
It hasn't been easy, but I'm grateful I have the means to be home with my kids and work from home. We are doing our part with #socialdistancing.
