Our schedules are making it fly by, but at the same time, I'm feeling like the girls are really having a good time.
Right after school ended, we went on vacation for a bit.
Then right after that, they had 3 consecutive weeks of camp.
My dad comes next week and will be here for 10 days.
After he leaves, we will have 3 weeks before school starts!
So I'm trying to soak up summer before it's gone.

Not only are we spending a LOT of time at the pool, but we are also trying to do "normal" things again, too.
We haven't been to the movies since way before the pandemic. I think it was Christmas time 2019. Crazy right?
Now that they are open, we decided to take advantage of the gift certificate we got from some giveaway on Facebook I entered. We got two tickets and a $10 gift card for snacks. Which is hilarious because I never win anything!
Of course, I packed our own snacks, but the girls still got popcorn because movie theatre popcorn is the best.
Steve fell asleep for some of it because it was...just ok.
The girls loved it though, so that's all that counts!
