It's crazy to think I'm almost 100 weeks into my fitness journey.
It has 100% become my lifestyle and I really can't imagine what life was like before this. Did I just sit around?
I mean, I feel very lazy if I don't get a work out in. To the point that I struggle on "rest days" - I KNOW I need to let my body rest and recover, but I struggle with feeling lazy. I sit at a desk all day for work so it's not like I'm up and moving throughout the day (unless you count going up and down the stairs for snacks).
I am getting more motivated as the weather turns (70 today!) and daylight extends.
I really want to get back to early morning workouts because I just love how that made me feel - starting out the day already feeling accomplished is a GREAT feeling.
I do think we may have had the last of the snow.
I think.
Completing week 93 was good.
I've done better with my nutrition this week for sure.
I'm still hovering around 116 - 118lbs at this time.
I am doing a lot more core and lower body workouts and routine is looking something like: leg/glutes, upper body, yoga+spinning, rest. Shoulders/triceps, back/biceps, legs, rest. Or something along those lines.
We've had a rough week, with the passing of a friend.
I'm still trying to fit in workouts, but I'm not killing myself because duh, there's a lot going on. I need to be flexible.
