I was hoping to actually be very active in October because of upcoming events and I wanted to look good.
LOL.
Instead, I caught COVID and then my work trips (2 of them) just made it nearly impossible to stay on my schedule of lifting.
COVID took 2 weeks from me and I only managed to fit in 2 workouts before I left for Florida (that blog will be fun to write!!!)
I mean, I DID walk almost 28,000 steps during my 16 hours at Disney on Saturday.
Anywho.
I'm going to focus for the next two weeks before I have a wedding.

I feel like I completely depleted my muscles while being sick. What sucked was that while I was sick, I also had an appetite. WTF. Normally I would NOT want to eat, but for some reason I was able to eat. So eating and now working out? Not a good combo for me.
I'm weighing in around 123lbs at the moment so I have a couple pounds to lose to stay within my comfortable range.
Now that I'm back and don't have any seemingly long-term side effects from COVID, I'm trying to get back on a schedule. I want to maintain lifting 4 times a week if possible with another day of stretching or yoga.
I need to get through this Halloween chocolate and not go crazy during the holidays.
When I started back lifting after a couple of weeks off, I had to reduce my weights. And I had to build my endurance back up.
Back to monitoring my nutrition and making sure I'm lifting heavy. Definitely want to lose 5lbs before next summer and that should be easy!
